- Security and Updates: We perform regular backups every 8 hours and manage all necessary updates, including plugins, themes, and WordPress core files. This proactive approach maintains your site’s security, performance, and compatibility with the latest web technologies.
- Hosting and Domain Management: We ensure your site remains fast, secure, and consistently accessible while handling all aspects of domain management, including domain renewals and DNS changes.
- Content Updates: We regularly update content and photos to keep your website fresh and engaging, ensuring it always reflects the most current information about your business.
- Technical Support: Our skilled professionals are always ready to tackle any website-related challenges that may arise.

To ensure efficient service, it’s important to understand the difference between support requests and new projects:
Support Requests: These are tasks that fall within the scope of our Website Support services. They typically involve minor updates, content changes, or technical adjustments necessary to keep your website running smoothly. Examples include:
- Updating content on specific pages
- Optimizing pages and news articles for search engines

Additional Details About Your Website Support
- Support Request Turnaround Times: In most cases, we resolve support requests on the same day they are received. More complex issues may take a few additional days.
- Support Hours: Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm Arizona time.
- Communication: We prefer to receive support requests via Basecamp to ensure clear documentation, but we also accommodate phone support during business hours.

Policies
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your Website Support at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for Website Support fees. Your Website Support plan will auto-renew unless you provide written notice for cancellation at least 30-days in advance of the date you wish to cancel your support.
Service Termination:
In very rare cases, we may determine that our Website Support services are not the best fit for a particular client’s needs. If we initiate the termination of your support services, it will typically occur at the end of your current billing cycle.
In the event of a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, we may need to terminate support services immediately, in which case we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining portion of your Website Support fee.
