We begin with a thorough onboarding process. After you contact us, we’ll send you our comprehensive Onboarding Form. Once we review your completed form and determine we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an initial meeting. Following this, we’ll prepare and send you a detailed proposal. Your project officially begins once you approve the proposal and submit the initial down payment.
We use Basecamp, a robust project management tool, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Here, we’ll:
- Ask in-depth questions about your business processes
- Learn about your target audience(s) and industry
- Deploy wireframes for your review
- Refine our plans based on your feedback
We encourage you to check Basecamp regularly for any tasks or updates requiring your attention.
Our design process focuses on creating a visual representation of your website, including:

- Incorporation of all services/products defined during discovery
We’ll present this design for your review and make refinements based on your input. Once you approve the final design, we’ll invoice you for the second payment. Development begins upon receipt of this payment.
During development, we task you with an important role: providing high-quality visual content. This typically involves:
- Hiring a professional photographer
- Supplying specific photos we need throughout the site, such as:
- Team photos (group and individual)
- Service/product images
- Photos of you interacting with customers
We’ll provide a detailed list of required photos to ensure we have all the visual elements needed to bring your website to life.
We take a proactive approach to content creation:
- We provide initial content for each page of the new site
- You review and critique the content, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and relevance
- We refine the content based on your input
- Final content approval is obtained from you before proceeding
Our rigorous testing phase includes:

The launch process is carefully orchestrated:

Our Monthly Website Support begins immediately after launch:
- Invoiced on the first of each month for the upcoming month
- We begin optimizing each page for identified keywords
